We’ll take our toasted almonds and lightly chop them. Don’t worry about this being too uniform. This is a very versatile sauce. Place the almonds back into the bowl. We’ll grate about half a clove into the almonds. Season this with kosher salt. Add a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Then add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Finally, add a little lemon zest.
